Returns and aftercare

Custom orders cannot be returned. For a defective item, contact us with clear photographs within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for verified defects and exchanges, repairs or warranty support are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. TLF covers return shipping for verified defective items.

Leather care

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, prolonged sunlight and direct heat. Keep the case clean and dry before storing your eyewear. Natural variations in colour, grain and markings are part of genuine leather.
